HERO Campaign Teams Up with IndyCar Series
The HERO Campaign joined forces with the Illinois Department of Transportation
(IDOT), Chicagoland Speedway, IndyCar Series and BLU MOON Foundation to promote
the use of sober designated drivers at the PEAK 300 in Chicago September 7,
2008.
Hundreds of fans signed the HERO Campaign pledge, as well as the
Buckle Up America pledge, which is a USDOT / NHTSA campaign
promoting proper safety belt and child safety seat use in the United
States.
